Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful completion of healthcare construction projects through effective processes, scheduling, and project management
  • Lead teams on projects at hospitals, medical offices, and clinical facilities
  • Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Oversee projects in active healthcare environments, minimizing disruptions to patient care
  • Assist the preconstruction team as needed
  • Support business growth through RFP submissions and client meetings within the healthcare sector
  • Lead various meetings including OAC and project status reviews
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements
Qualifications:
  • We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, with a focus on healthcare projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in hospital renovations, working in active healthcare environments, and managing complex MEP systems
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams in regulated environments
  • Proficiency in cultivating client relationships and supporting business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client management abilities, particularly with healthcare systems and facility teams
  • Preferred experience with Bluebeam and Procore
Salary Range: $125,000-175,000
