Responsibilities: 1.

Requirements: Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to credit card operations. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand the needs of various business units.2. Data Analysis: Analyze credit card data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of credit card processes, payment systems, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
