Strategic M&A Managing Director (Remote Option)

Crown Peak Advisors seeks an experienced Managing Director to originate and lead new client engagements in the IT services and technology sectors, expanding Crown Peak’s platform from our Miami headquarters with an option to work fully remote. The MD will drive end-to-end transactions, mentor junior team members, and leverage an established network to generate deal flow. A strong M&A background and leadership in a fast-paced environment are required.
