Substation Physical Design Engineer Onsite HV/MV Layout

Kimley-Horn's Chicago office is seeking a Substation Physical Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Power Delivery team. This on-site role focuses on HV/MV substation design, layouts, grounding, and protection coordination for utilities, renewables, and industrial clients. You will lead design work, perform calculations, review BOMs, and participate in client meetings. PE is preferred and ownership of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is expected.
