This role and training will start immediately at our sister location until we open. This role will entail hiring, training and onboarding three new estheticians to join the Selma team, as well as, gaining Hand and Stone experience while working our current team at our existing locations. ABILITY TO TRAVEL IS REQUIRED!

Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars Train and collaborate with the Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals Manage stock and inventory Achieve and exceed personal sales goals Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Flexibility with training hours Meet our company requirements for ELITE status within 90 days of employment
