We are conveniently located one mile south of Rivertown Crossings Mall at the NE corner of 56th & Wilson in Grandville, MI.

Job Overview: We are searching for a skilled Automotive Service Technician to work in a clean 10 bay facility that has been family owned and operated for over 45 years. Qualified candidates should have a strong automotive background and be able to quickly & accurately diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles, with a heavy emphasis ondriveability/electricalrepair.

What you’ll do: Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, and alignment to keep vehicles in top condition. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations. Collaborate with team members to estimate repair costs and communicate findings clearly to customers. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong background in driveability & electrical repair Familiarity with using diagnostic equipment to solve computer & driveability issues is a plus. Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, air brakes, schematics, shocks & struts, and wiring techniques. Excellent attendance, team oriented & flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
