Renewable Energy Project Development Attorney

Key responsibilities: Support the team with project development in the renewable energy field Collaborate with clients and colleagues on project development matters Adhere to firm policies and perform other duties as requested by management

Required qualifications: 7-10 years of experience at a law firm, preferably in renewable energy Expertise in negotiating traditional renewable energy contracts (EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs) Strong legal research and drafting proficiency Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence Dedication to the firm's mission and a team-focused outlook
