Thank you. **About the RoleAs an Administrative Assistant at BronxCare Health System, you will report directly to the Vice President and take on a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, including assisting the administrative coordinator in managing the executive schedule, coordinating communications, and addressing high-level administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, computer, and writing skills to support the Vice President effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring the Vice President’s time is efficiently prioritized. Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other business communications with clarity. Project Support: Assist in tracking projects, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met. Event Planning: Organize internal/external meetings and company events. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, fostering professional relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external partners (e.g., government agencies, vendors, etc.).Problem Solving & Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and proactively offer solutions to optimize efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders; must be able to respond to high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks. Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Communication & Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, newsletters, and marketing copy with clarity. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges. Time Management: Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. This position offers a salary range of $55,000–$65,000.
