Location: Rainbow Acres Natural Foods, Venice, CA
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Store Managers & Store Director
Position Summary:
Stockers ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, faced, rotated, and organized. They support department cleanliness and respond to customer requests.
Core Responsibilities:
Stock shelves and displays according to planograms.
Rotate products by date and remove expired items.
Maintain signage, labels, and pricing accuracy.
Support inventory counts and restocking.
Keep aisles clean and accessible for customers.
Key Qualifications:
- Grocery or stocking experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
- Customer service mindset.
- Success in This Role Looks Like
- Customer Service: No incidents of three stars or less in customer reviews.
- Safety: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Merchandising: Help the department achieve 95% or better in merchandising audits.
- Profit: Help the store meet or beat profit budget.
