Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including distribution and technology contracts
Provide practical legal guidance on commercial transactions, balancing risk with business objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract negotiations and ensure continuity of legal support
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
7+ years of legal experience with substantial experience in commercial agreements
Strong experience with distribution agreements and technology contracts
Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial transactions from review to execution
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
