Role: Lead restaurant operations and drive the strategy and performance of team recruiting, selection, training, and development.

Leading a team of 60+ people Hands-on restaurant operations (35–40 hrs/week) Strategic work on the talent department (5–10 hrs/week) Solving problems, building systems, and leveling up the talent strategy Collaborating with other leaders on big goals Tracking expenses, growing profits Developing the next generation of leaders
