Job Overview:

Duties:
Draft pleadings and dispositive motions. Assist with complex client and opposing party management and communication. Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Excellent academic and professional credentials. Superior research and persuasive writing ability. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications:
Bar admission in the state of Arizona. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
