Senior Mech Design Engineer – Nanometer Wafer Stages

KLA is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in multi-axis motion systems for wafer scanning. You will design fast, precise electro-mechanical systems and generate drawings with GD&T for wafer positioning stages and tooling. You will perform structural, thermal, and vibration analyses (FEA) to optimize components for stiffness, damping and manufacturability, collaborating with controls and manufacturing teams.
