About the Role:
The Project Planner helps guide residential remodeling projects from the early planning stages through construction handoff. This is a client-facing role that combines project planning, budgeting, design coordination, and overall project organization. The position works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, estimators, and construction staff throughout the process. The right person for this role is organized, communicates well, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance both the design and construction sides of a project. No two days look exactly the same. Some days may involve client meetings or job site visits, while others are focused on drawings, budgeting, planning, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss project ideas, budgets, and goals
- Help guide clients through the planning and design process
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and construction teams
- Review drawings, layouts, finishes, and project details
- Assist with budgeting, estimates, and project planning
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward
- Support communication between clients and internal teams
- Assist with transitioning projects from planning into construction
- Participate in site visits and project meetings as needed
