Senior AEGIS T&E Engineer - Navy Test Strategy Lead

Serco is seeking an AEGIS Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead strategy and execution of TEMP for the DDG 51 Flight III. You will coordinate cross‑agency efforts across PEO IWS, MDA, DOT&E, COMOPTEVFOR, and NAVSEA centers to ensure fleet readiness and mission success. You will develop test strategies, plans and funding for each phase, review plans, write concise technical reports, and present executive briefs while maintaining schedules and budgets with a focus on safety and interoperability.
