Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Our firm maintains a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated legal services across multiple practice areas, including civil litigation, trucking litigation, general liability, insurance defense, and more. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience. Experience and skills needed: Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on trucking or civil litigation Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $240,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
