We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this entry level sales position, you will represent our brand across assigned residential territories, establishing initial contact with prospective customers, presenting tailored solutions, and generating new revenue.
This is an ideal role for individuals looking to build a high-income career in professional sales, gain mastery in direct negotiation, and advance rapidly based on performance rather than tenure.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily direct-to-consumer outreach within assigned territory maps to generate qualified leads and close sales.
Deliver compelling, in-person product presentations to prospective residential clients.
Manage customer interactions from initial introduction through purchase agreement.
Maintain clear daily activity logs and track revenue metrics using our mobile sales platform.
Participate in daily sales strategy, objection-handling, and leadership development sessions.
Qualifications
Experience:
0–3 years in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (comprehensive sales training provided).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating independently in the field.
Requirements:
Ability to work on your feet outdoors, cover local sales territories daily, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits:
$600 guaranteed weekly during training or commission, whichever is higher
Estimated compensation range: $600-$1,200 weekly
Earnings are based on individual performance
Performance-based commission, bonuses and cash incentives
No employer-sponsored benefits are offered for this role at this time
