Key responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce configuration, user access, and integrations, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance
Oversee the contract-to-cash process, including ARR and bookings logic, while auditing invoices and preparing financial reports
Lead revenue analytics efforts by tracking sales performance, maintaining data quality, and creating leadership dashboards with actionable insights
Required qualifications:
4-6+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM systems within B2B SaaS, with hands-on Salesforce administration
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling in a warehouse environment
In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle, including funnel management and invoicing processes
Demonstrated experience using AI agents for automation and process improvements
Fluency in English with the ability to provide clear written updates
