What You'll Do: Act as the go-to revenue cycle partner for independent outpatient practice owners Manage the full billing lifecycle: claims submission, follow-ups, denial resolution, patient statements, and payer communication Support front desk and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with revenue cycle best practices. Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve collections and cash flow Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product leaders to build and refine AI-enabled billing tools

What We're Looking For: We’re seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented professional with deep experience in healthcare billing and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural coach, and a proactive team player who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Location: Based in the United States

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with a consistent 8 hours per day schedule, sometime between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available Remote Readiness: Reliable remote work setup, including quiet workspace and internet✅ Experience 5+ years in practice administration and revenue cycle management at an outpatient healthcare setting in allied health—PT, OT, ST, dietetics Expertise in billing, with a strong understanding of claims, denials, and payer policies.
