We are looking for a licensed RN or APRN with experience in aesthetics or med spa settings to develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff. The first two weeks will be on-site at a spa location to learn procedures, treatments, products, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training materials for clinical staff
- Lead virtual training sessions
- Conduct on-site orientation for new staff during travel assignments
- Support and mentor junior nurses
- Work with leadership to standardize clinical practices
Qualifications:
- Active RN or APRN license
- Experience in aesthetic or med spa nursing
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-$27 per hour
- Primarily remote with occasional travel
