Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist Our client located on the Northside of Indy is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for a part-time position (20 hours / week). This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate or agency recruiter who enjoys sourcing talent, connecting with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and review candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone and video screens to assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and provide recommendations.
  • Research local market wages to help establish competitive pay ranges.
  • Collaborate with HR on interview coordination, application processing, and pre-employment activities.
  • Qualifications and Benefits:3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed, and standard office software20–25 hours per week.
  • Hybrid flexibility: one day per week in office.401(k) with company match.
