HVAC Customer Service Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Answer inbound calls and book service appointments Coordinate the daily schedule with dispatch and the technician team Follow up with customers on scheduling, arrival windows, and job status Maintain accurate customer records in our system Support maintenance agreement renewals and outbound follow-up calls WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Customer service or call handling experience, ideally in home services or a trade A warm phone presence and clear written communication Strong organization and the ability to juggle a moving schedule Comfort with scheduling software and basic computer work Patience and composure during peak season SCHEDULE Monday through Friday, full time, in office. COMPENSATION Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with raises tied to performance and tenure.
