PAY: $16 - $20

Job Requirements: Set up and operate a CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form sheet metal componentsPerform machine set-up, including selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and backstop adjustmentsAdjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensionsConduct multiple set-ups per shift for both short and long production runsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawingsUtilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part accuracyMake routine equipment checks and ensure proper machine maintenanceTroubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues as neededCTR Group has been a leader in its industry for over 30 years and is rated highly on Google, Indeed and Facebook for being a great company to work for.
