About the Role: The Company is in search of a Chief Business Officer with an entrepreneurial spirit to spearhead its commercial growth and infrastructure development. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the business development, revenue strategy, strategic relationships, and market expansion. This role demands a leader who can not only establish and execute commercial growth strategies but also remain personally engaged in key customer and partner relationships. The Chief Business Officer will work closely with senior leadership to identify and seize new opportunities, and will be instrumental in building and leading the business development and commercial organization as the company expands. The ideal candidate for the Chief Business Officer position at the company is a commercially minded builder with over 10 years' experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related executive roles. They should have a proven track record of generating significant growth within a developing organization and be adept at building customer relationships and partnerships from the ground up. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex business opportunities and develop teams and commercial infrastructure.
