Lending Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities: Oversee the entire bridge loan process from setup to closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete Gather and verify required documentation for loan processing and maintain timely communication regarding loan status Prepare initial closing disclosures and coordinate with settlement partners to ensure accurate and timely closings

Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of recent closing experience in the mortgage industry, with a preference for processing and underwriting experience Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and experience managing a pipeline of 50 to 60 loans per month Recent experience in handling cash-out refinance transactions Proficient in using lending management systems and technology High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus
