Strategic Finance Leader for Multi-Site Nonprofit

Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance to guide financial direction for its programs across Carson, Watts, and South Los Angeles. The role reports to the CEO and drives accurate reporting, strong controls, and responsible stewardship of public and private funds. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations, advising the CEO, Board, and program leaders on resource allocation, risk, and growth. This is a salaried, exempt leadership position.
