Overview:
A leading alternative investment platform is looking for a CPA to join its fund finance team and take ownership of accounting and financial reporting for its BDC and private credit vehicles. This is a high-visibility seat at the center of the platform's credit business, sitting at the intersection of portfolio management, investor relations, auditors, and fund administrators rather than tucked away in a reporting silo. The work spans some of the most technically interesting products in credit, including BDCs, direct lending, and structured credit vehicles such as CLOs, with real ownership over waterfall mechanics, allocations, and how the numbers ultimately get communicated to investors. You'll be a trusted voice the business relies on, not just a preparer of numbers others review. What You'll OwnOwn accounting and financial reporting for BDC, private credit, and CLO investment vehicles Manage monthly close, NAV reporting, allocations, fund returns, and waterfall calculations Oversee third-party fund administrators handling investor reporting, audits, capital calls, distributions, and quarterly statements.
