Job duties:
- Work remote.
- We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey as well.
- We are currently seeking:1) Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law Attorney2) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
- NY and/or NJ bar· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:· General, Premises Liability· MVA, Personal Injury· Construction Defect, NY Labor Law (200/240/241)· Products Liability, Toxic Torts· Medical Malpractice· Insurance Coverage
