Azure and AI/LLM Integration Engineer

Job TitleStaff/Senior Engineer level experience building and operating production software systems. Strong Python development skills with backend and/or full-stack application experience. Azure experience required, including Azure-native services and enterprise integrations. Experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, model integration, and AI workflow design. Hands-on RAG experience required, including retrieval patterns, vector search, knowledge grounding, and evaluation. Experience integrating external APIs, enterprise platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Familiarity with modern AI application frameworks and tooling (e.g. MCP/tool integrations, multi agent architectures).Strong database and SQL experience, with the ability to design scalable data models and services. Proven systems thinker who can take ambiguous business problems from concept through production deployment.
