Director/AVP – Fund Finance & Accounting -Strategic High Growth Opportunity!

Responsibilities include: -Own day-to-day oversight and execution of fund operations and reporting across multiple vehicles-Manage complex fund structures including fund-of-funds, joint ventures, and closed/open-end structures globally-Lead liquidity management activities including capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and banking activity-Review NAV packages, GAAP financial statements, and coordinate closely with external administrators and auditors-Partner cross-functionally with investment operations, tax, investor relations, and leadership teams-Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operational enhancements

Qualifications: • 6+ years of relevant experience within asset management, fund accounting, or alternative investments• Strong understanding of alternative investment structures across credit, private equity, real assets, and partnership interests• Big 4 audit experience is highly valued• CPA preferred
