Pediatric Observation Aide - Evening Shift

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Observation Assistant to provide constant observation of high-risk patients and support nursing staff in the Emergency Room Pediatrics unit. The role requires de-escalation training, Basic Life Support, and strong communication in English. Shift is 3pm-11pm with 24 hours per week, potential signing bonus and union support. You'll assist patients with safety, document observations, and participate in environmental safety checks under RN or physician direction.
