Santa Fe Yards will be Denver's newest purpose-built stadium, the second ever permanent stadium built for women in the NWSL and the first in the state of Colorado. Denver Summit FC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and welcoming Office Operations Coordinator to help create an exceptional workplace experience for our employees and guests. The Office Operations Coordinator will work across Denver Summit FC's headquarters and Common Spirit Performance Center, serving as a key point of contact for day-to-day workplace needs and taking ownership of ensuring our venues are ready, functional, and welcoming each day. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who enjoys anticipating needs, bringing structure to a fast-paced sports environment, and finding solutions before small issues become larger ones. This individual should take pride in creating spaces and experiences that allow our employees to do their best work and should be comfortable jumping between a wide variety of responsibilities from stocking the kitchen and coordinating a building work order to preparing a conference room, supporting a new hire, or helping execute an All Hands meeting. Office Administration Maintain clean, organized, professional, and welcoming office environments across headquarters, including common areas, meeting rooms, and break spaces Conduct regular walkthroughs of office spaces to proactively identify and address operational, facility, and workplace needs Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen and breakroom supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace essentials Purchase and replenish office and kitchen supplies within established budgets, including coordinating routine Costco, grocery, and office supply runs Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and coordinate outgoing shipments Maintain and organize shared office spaces, including coordinating desk moves, workspace changes, and signage as needed. Ensure office supplies and equipment are easy to locate and access Facilities & Vendor Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for routine office and building-related needs Liaise with building management, maintenance personnel, cleaning services, and external vendors to address facility issues promptly Proactively identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility concerns and escalate issues appropriately Coordinate routine office services, including copier/printer maintenance, shredding, cleaning, coffee or beverage services, and other workplace vendors Assist with workplace safety and preparedness, including maintaining first aid supplies, emergency materials, and other office safety resources Technology & Meeting Support Troubleshoot basic conference room technology issues and coordinate with the Information Technology team when additional support is required Assist with meeting room setup, including furniture configuration, technology, refreshments, and other logistical needs Meetings and Internal Events Assist with the planning and execution of All Hands meetings and other internal company gatherings. Includes the coordination of meeting supplies, food and beverage, room configuration, signage, and other logistical details Research and coordinate venues, catering, activities, and other event logistics as needed. Assist with setup and teardown for employee events and internal gatherings Assist with employee engagement activities, team-building events, and special projects Administrative & Operational Support Assist with purchasing and expense tracking related to office and workplace operations. Maintain vendor contacts, ordering schedules, and basic operational records Support department leaders and business operations teams with ad-hoc administrative and operational projects Help identify opportunities to improve office processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the workplace experience Perform other duties and special projects as assigned This description is a summary only and highlights the general level of work being performed. Physical Demands:
Typical office conditions with movement between workspaces, meeting rooms, storage areas, and common areas Ability to regularly work across Denver Summit FC headquarters and occasionally at our Centennial campus Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs., including office supplies, packages, event materials, and other workplace items Ability to assist with the physical setup and teardown of meeting rooms and internal events Ability to work occasional hours outside of a typical schedule based on club events, meetings, or operational needs
Qualifications:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent (GED)2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administrative coordination, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a related field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between Denver Summit FC locations Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Experience supporting multiple locations Experience coordinating building management, vendors, or facilities-related requests Experience supporting internal meetings, events, or employee engagement activities Experience working in a professional sports, hospitality, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced environment Experience with conference room technology or workplace technology systems Competencies/
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work a consistent in-office schedule during core business hours (e.g., Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), with some flexibility based on club events Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling employee, business, and operational information Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Proactive and able to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to requests Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to creating a positive employee and guest experience Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organization Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments and shifting priorities Creative problem-solver with a practical, solutions-oriented approach Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor Ability to maintain accurate records and complete work in a timely manner
Compensation: Base hourly range $22-$24 per hour
