Resident Experience Concierge

SoCal Pacific Management is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to lead leasing, hospitality, and resident relations from inquiry through move-out. You will conduct personalized tours, address resident needs, and document activity in the CRM while coordinating with maintenance and leadership to ensure a consistent, positive experience. You will work to maximize occupancy, respond to inquiries promptly, and support events and community engagement to enhance resident satisfaction.
