Light Industrial Associate (Seasonal) 1st Shift | Empleado de industria ligera (temporal)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: A successful Post-Production Associate will: Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility. Be responsible for batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders. Communicate via email and Hub Spot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues. Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors. Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations. Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.

Requirements: REQUIRED and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role Basic computer skills Positive and collaborative attitude Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Net Suite, Hub Spot, Ship Hawk preferred Spanish bilingual a plus Must be able to understand and respond to safety instructions, emergency directions, work instructions, and supervisor communications sufficiently to perform the position safely and effectively.
