BIM Specialist Modeler

What You'll Do: ✔ Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle✔ Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks✔ Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings✔ Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation✔ Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions✔ Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models
