Senior Project Manager - Construction

Senior Project Manager Our client is a highly respected Southern California General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and technology sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team. Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting Lead procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout activities Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships Monitor project financial performance and mitigate risk Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure successful project delivery Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Drive project quality, safety, and operational excellenceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
