CAE Simulation Engineer(Vibration & Acoustic Analysis)
[Summary]
We are seekinga CAE SimulationEngineerto join ourR&D-focusedengineering team specializingin vibration andacoustic analysis.
This position offersan opportunity toapply knowledge ofmathematics, physics, andmechanical engineeringto cutting-edgeautomotive developmentprojects. You willwork with ourproprietary CAE simulationsoftware, Hybrid SEA System, to support vibrationand noise analysisprojects for leadingautomotive manufacturers, including Honda, Nissan, and Suzuki.
[Essential Duties]
Performvibration and acousticsimulations using ourproprietary CAE software(Hybrid SEA System)
Create analysis models, input data, andexecute simulation calculations
Prepare measurement experimentsand support evaluationactivities
Validate simulation resultsand prepare technicalreports
Provide technical improvementrecommendations to automotivemanufacturers
Participate in technicaldiscussions with customersand engineering teams
Collaborate on jointdevelopment projects withdomestic and internationalmanufacturers
The analysis projectscovera wide rangeof industries, includingautomobiles, railway vehicles, ships, aircraft, rockets, satellites, and buildings, helping solve complexvibration and acousticchallenges.
[Working Hours / Working style]
Workinghours: 10:00AM – 7:00PM (8 workinghours per day)
Break time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (60minutes)
Standard overtime isminimal; additional hoursmay occur dependingon future projectrequirements
On-site workat company office
Potential opportunitiesfor domestic and international businesstrips, including long-termassignments in Japanor the U.S.

[Qualifications]
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following fields:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Physics
Mathematics
Professional experiencein evaluation, experiments, analysis, quality control, or related engineeringfields
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CAEanalysis
Experience with simulationengineering
Experience in theautomotive industry
Strong interest invibration and acousticengineering
Interest in researchand development projects
Desire to buildspecializedtechnical skills andadvance as anengineering professional
Ability and willingnessto work ina global environment
