National Director, Promotional Products Sales

Helm seeks a seasoned Director of Sales, Promotional Products, to lead and scale the national Drop-Ship/Spot Buy sales organization while elevating the existing sales team. You will build a high-impact, multi-regional team, establish clear territories and cadences, and drive CRM and forecasting discipline with a hands-on, player-coach approach that delivers measurable revenue growth. Candidates must be willing to travel to Detroit-area and Baltimore offices, with additional travel as needed.
