Electrical Wastewater Project Engineer

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have either: An Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree, or Controls Engineering Bachelor's Degree (or related field) from an accredited institution, and have 3+ years of experience reviewing electrical controls, electrical schematics, or control drawingsORHave 8+ years of experience approving electrical controls, electrical schematics, or control drawings In addition, they will have: Hands-on experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms) Experience with SCADA systems used in utility or process environments Familiarity with industrial instrumentation (flow, pressure, level, pH, turbidity, etc.) Ability to read and interpret P&IDsAbility to create electrical schematics, equipment & specifications, and control drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in process-driven environments

Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting electrical controls within industrial, municipal, or wastewater treatment environments Knowledge of chemical dosing systems and process control loops Familiarity with telemetry, remote monitoring systems, and data logging Experience with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, DNP3, etc.) Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or similar design tools
