Key responsibilities:
Manage ICSR project teams to maximize productivity and utilization
Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff while preparing analyses and reports
Support resource allocation, budget reviews, and assist in recruitment and performance evaluation activitiesRequired qualificationsLife science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
6-7 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including 2-3 years in a line manager role
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Strong management and organizational skills
Technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes
