Warehouse Operations Lead

Oversee a warehouse team and assigned area to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain inventory accuracy and timely order completion, assign work, train and coach employees, use warehouse management systems, support customer service, and enforce safety and company policies. Oversee warehouse processes to maintain inventory accuracy and complete orders on time. Review workloads and assign tasks to employees. Train and coach team members and recommend performance improvement actions when needed. Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents. Promote exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures. Operate warehouse equipment safely and provide backup support to warehouse management.
