Key responsibilities: Oversee the full production process of HBR Idea Cast episodes, from guest identification to publication Collaborate with editorial and on-air talent to create engaging, research-backed conversations for senior leaders Manage the editorial calendar and production workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality episodes

Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience producing consumer-facing podcasts with comprehensive production workflow knowledge Strong editorial judgment with the ability to identify relevant topics and compelling guests Experience collaborating with hosts, editors, and various teams to produce high-quality programming Understanding of current podcasting trends, including audience growth and multimedia formats Proficiency with audio production tools such as Adobe Audition, Descript, and Squad Cast is preferred
