Contract Analyst

Compensation: $50-70/hour, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contract Analyst to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented contract professional who enjoys turning complex agreements into clear, actionable next steps. You’ll support a high-volume contract and vendor management function tied to an important integration effort, helping keep renewals, amendments, and vendor records organized and moving forward. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Manage contract lifecycles from onboarding through termination Track renewals, notices, and key contract deadlines Maintain accurate vendor and contract data in CLM systems Coordinate contract review and initial redlines Partner with Legal and business teams on contract execution Support vendor setup, invoicing, and payment workflows Organize contract history, pricing, usage, and performance data Assist with negotiation support and renewal preparation

Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience in contract administration, vendor management, or CLM support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately Comfort working cross-functionally with Legal and business teams Experience handling contract data and documentation Ability to learn evolving internal systems and processes quickly

Nice to Have: Skills & Experience: Paralegal background Experience in technology contract environments Exposure to merger-related contract work Experience supporting negotiations and redlines Familiarity with budgeting or vendor rationalization
