You will supervise 15–20 hourly associates on a rotating 12‑hour schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on-site in Painesville. You’ll drive coaching, performance reviews and daily problem-solving with a Lean/Six Sigma mindset, collaborating with Maintenance, Quality and Process Engineering to sustain 5S and strong housekeeping practices.
