Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
