TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Dallas, Texas, 75230!Job TitleTravel RN – PCU / Transplant Step-Down (Nights) Location Dallas, TX | Progressive Care Unit / Step-Down Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Full-Time | OnsiteKey Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Transplant Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, monitoring and managing medically complex transplant patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for step-down level patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate safe transitions Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care delivered, and clinical outcomes
