Key Responsibilities: Manage inpatient pharmacy operations including order verification utilizing Cerner Meds Manager Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with hospital distribution standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe administration of IV antibiotics, anticoagulants, and electrolytes Maintain accurate medication records using Cerner EMR, Pyxis, and Pharmacy Keeper systems Support IV room preparation in accordance with protocols and quality standards
