Technical Sales & Support

Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Technical Support & Sales Representative located in Stuart or St. Augustine, FL. Representative must have a reliable personal vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. The expectation is that, once trained, up to 50% of work can be completed from home if desired. Occasional travel may be required. Representative will be responsible for answering all types of customer questions over the phone and via email. Examples include: Assisting customers in understanding what they need to purchase Providing quotes for installation work (based on templated pricing)Creating wire diagrams (modifying an existing template)Remotely assisting customers with installation and troubleshooting

Qualifications include: Experience installing and/or designing small-scale solar systems Experience owning and repairing an RV or boat Experience with Victron Energy strongly preferred Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues Excellent time management and organizational skills Professional and prompt communication skills both in person and remotely Strong attention to detail Ability to self-teach and work independently
