Responsibilities:
Assemble and prepare new motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCsPerform manufacturer pre-delivery inspections (PDI)Install accessories and basic add-ons as needed Check fluid levels, tire pressures, batteries, and overall unit operation Ensure all units meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with moving and staging inventory as needed Communicate effectively with service and sales departments
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude required Powersports, automotive, or dealership experience preferred Ability to work in a high-volume environment Attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to lift and move powersports vehicles safely Valid drivers license required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
