Remote Conflicts Attorney — Ethics & New Business

Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to identify and resolve potential legal and business conflicts across multiple offices. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel - New Business, Conflicts and Ethics, with a hybrid or remote work arrangement available. The attorney will ensure ethical walls are in place, review engagement-related documents, advise on client worthiness, and support staff and attorneys in conflict clearance processes.
